Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Join My Corner AB, org.nr 559530 1838, a company incorporated in Sweden (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our platform, applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, including by creating an account, uploading content, subscribing to a Creator’s content, or communicating with other users, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.

If you are a consumer under EU law, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.

If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To access and use the Platform, you must meet the minimum age required to use online services in your country of residence. Where local laws require parental or legal guardian consent for your age group, you may only use the Platform with such consent. If your country requires you to be a certain age to enter into financial or commercial agreements, you must meet that requirement in order to receive payouts or use monetization features.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date,
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable laws,
• You will comply with these Terms at all times.

We may request verification of your age or identity at any time. If we believe that you do not meet the eligibility requirements under local law, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

If you are permitted to use the Platform as a minor under the laws of your country and you are a Creator, you acknowledge and agree that any payouts or earnings may be directed to a bank account or payment method held in the name of your parent or legal guardian, and you consent to this arrangement.

We may change the Terms at any time, including to reflect changes in laws or to address risks. If changes are significant, we will notify you in advance where required. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.

We may change, suspend, or deactivate the Platform at any time. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.

2. User Roles

The Platform supports two primary user roles:

Creators:

Creators are users who upload, publish, or distribute content, including videos, images, written posts, comments, community interactions, polls, and other materials. Creators may monetize their content through subscriptions or other permitted monetization features.

Subscribers:

Subscribers are users who purchase access to Creators’ content or services through recurring subscriptions or other paid interactions.

Users may be both Creators and Subscribers simultaneously, subject to these Terms.

Co creators and account assistants:

Creators may invite or authorize others to assist with their account, including co creators, moderators, or team members. The Creator remains fully responsible for all content and activity on the account, regardless of who performs it. The Company has no relationship with such third parties. Creators must ensure that any person they authorize complies with these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use most features of the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

To register as a Subscriber, you must:

• Meet the minimum age rules described in Section 1,
• Be legally permitted to use online services in your country,
• Be authorized to use any payment method you add,
• Agree to pay for Creator content.

To register as a Creator, you must also:

• Complete identity or eligibility verification steps,
• Select a valid payout method,
• Set a subscription price,
• Upload content for Subscribers,
• Provide any required compliance information.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Authorization of co creators or team members does not grant them permission to access your login unless explicitly allowed by the Platform.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at hello@joinmycorner.com.

We may suspend or restrict your account if we suspect fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

4. Content Standards and Creator Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for all content they upload. Content includes videos, images, posts, comments, community interactions, polls, and materials created or assisted by any tools available on the Platform.

Creators represent and warrant that:

• They own or have rights to the content they upload,
• Their content does not infringe any third-party rights,
• Their content does not violate any laws,
• They will fulfill the content expectations of their Subscribers,
• Content is not confidential and is licensed for Subscriber access,
• They are responsible for actions of co creators, moderators, or anyone assisting them.

Prohibited content includes:

• Promotion of illegal activity,
• Content involving minors in any sexual context,
• Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or threats,
• Intellectual property infringement,
• Privacy violations,
• Spam, scams, or deceptive practices.

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion. Repeated or serious violations may result in account termination.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Users must behave lawfully and respectfully on the Platform. You must not:

• Violate laws, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity,
• Harass, abuse, or defraud users
• Redistribute content without authorization,
• Bypass payment systems or access controls,
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools,
• Interfere with Platform security or operation.

These rules apply to all users, including co creators and moderators.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time. If cancelled, you retain access until the end of the billing period.

Subscribing forms an agreement directly between you and the Creator. The Creator is solely responsible for delivering content.

We may monitor and enforce rules to prevent misuse.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Payouts

a. Subscriber Payments

Subscribers may purchase access to Creator content through recurring subscriptions. Payments in the EU web version are processed through Stripe. Payments in mobile apps or applicable regions are processed through Apple or Google.

All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store’s policies.

b. Creator Earnings

Creators earn revenue from subscriptions, minus:

• A 10 percent platform fee,
• Payment provider fees,
• Chargebacks or regulatory withholdings.

c. Payment Processing

Payouts are processed by third-party payment providers. The Company is not responsible for delays or provider issues.

d. Payment Details

Creators must maintain accurate payout details. Incorrect information may delay payments.

e. Withholding

We may withhold payouts due to legal obligations, fraud risk, policy violations, or disputes.

7. Tax Compliance

Creators are responsible for their own taxes. The Company does not provide tax advice.

Join My Corner AB collects subscription payments and pays out earnings to Creators. To receive payouts, Creators must have a registered company or equivalent business entity. Creators must report all earnings from Corner as business revenue in accordance with applicable tax laws.

We may be required to report Creator earnings to tax authorities where required by law.

If you become tax non-compliant, we may suspend or restrict your account or payouts.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

EU and EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law.

If you access digital content before the withdrawal period ends, you may lose or limit this right.

For web purchases, contact hello@joinmycorner.com.

For app store purchases, refund requests must be handled through Apple or Google.

9. License Grant and Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of their content.

By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute the content as necessary to operate and promote the Platform.

This license ends when content is removed unless retention is required by law or security.

Creators remain responsible for content created or assisted by Platform tools.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We are not responsible for:

• Content posted by users,
• Actions of Creators or Subscribers,
• Missed or delayed uploads,
• Behavior between users,
• Third-party services including payment providers and app stores,
• AI tools, analytics, or insights,
• Unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, reputation, or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the Company against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform,
• Your content,
• Actions of co creators or assistants,
• Violations of law or these Terms,
• Disputes with other users.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Sweden.

EU and EEA consumers maintain mandatory rights under local consumer law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and the Company.

If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

We may assign these Terms to another entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or restructuring. You may not assign your rights.

We may communicate with you electronically, including via email or in-app notifications.
